What is included in the rent?

Internet, the appliances and the heat pump. Indoor parking and storage spaces are available at extra cost.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, with strict rules, so every resident can enjoy the building in peace.

Is there someone on site?

Yes. Our team is on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and organizes activities for residents.

Is there parking?

Yes, 180 indoor spots, out of the snow, at extra cost. Some are set up for electric cars.

Where can I host my family?

At home, with up to three bedrooms. And in the urban chalet, a big kitchen and a long table that residents book for free.

How do I visit?

Visits are by appointment. Book online or call us at 581-989-4457.

The owners and the team

A local family, not a fund.

Solaris was developed by Helisis, the Zhang family company, and by Gestion Kokolakis, founded by engineer Tania Kokolakis. We did not build it to sell it: we keep it.

Someone on site, every day.

Our team is in the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A question, a repair, a parcel: you talk to a person. The team also organizes activities for residents all year round.
